Berlin Remembers

Whilst inter-railing around Europe, R & E have had some pretty amazing experiences.  

These photos are from an art gallery in Berlin, near Alexanderplatz. The gallery is housed in actual rooms which were used to hide partially blind Jews during the Second World War, saving hundreds of lives. Throughout the war, it was a working cloth house, where these Jews worked at the same time as seeking refuge.
