Blueberry Bliss


Due to the lack of access to proper muffin tins they didn't rise as much as i would have liked, but they were still mega tasty.... yes I'm going to give you the recipe*;

3cups Plain Flour
1cup Caster Sugar
1tablespoon Baking Powder
1/2teaspoon Salt
1 cup Milk
2/3cup Apple Sauce/ Pureed Pears
(I know that's weird, but just go with it)
2 Egg Whites
1+1/2cup Blueberries
Oven Temp: 375˚F
Cooking Time: 20-25 Mins

- Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl and set aside
- Mix milk, apple sauce and egg whites together in a different bowl
- Add wet mixture to the dry ingredients gradually until just mixed and then gently fold in the blueberries
(am assuming you  know the rest.... add a bit of the mixture into muffin cases/tins and bake till golden brown... then Eat.)
I also added porridge oats to the tops for funsies.
