Life: Small Thoughts - Table Centrepieces

With Wedding preparations well underway, J shares her progress.

Honestly, I'm avoiding all the big decisions like 'The Guest List' and 'The Dress' and instead I'm concentrating on the (equally important) minor details. Like table centrepieces. Sometimes its the little details that make the biggest impact, or at least the little details which all work in harmony to create that magical atmosphere you're striving for.

Having come across MANY different examples; the good, the outrageous, the bad, and the downright unrealistic; here are my top six centrepiece ideas, not just for weddings but for birthday, anniversary and special occasion parties alike:

1) Indulgent and Fragrant I love the idea of using herbs or scented flowers, it helps that they are just so pretty too

 2) Playful Bringing something full of imagination to the standard flower basket

 3) American Country Pristinely arranged florals in a (professional) makeshift box

 4) An English Garden Simple and oh so elegant, wild flowers in a jam jar

 5) Non-floral - Just as spectacular as a floral option

 6) Something entirely different Because who doesn't love the combination of a gold dinosaur and a miniature fern

I'm still undecided, but enjoying being able to explore all the options! Which one is your favourite?
